Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is received, it may take up to 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped, pending inventory availability. This applies to ALL shipping methods.

Standard Shipping:

USPS Priority Ground 3-5 business days, depending on delivery destination.

Expedited Shipping:

Earth Buddy does not currently offer expedited shipping. Please allow for enough time (listed above) to receive your product. We will implement this option in the future. 

Please note:

  • Shipping costs will vary by package weight and shipping destination. This cost will be calculated before you confirm your order.
  • USPS does not deliver on weekends or federal holidays.
  • Earth Buddy Pet will not be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier.
  • Free Shipping on consumer orders over $40. Free Shipping on Wholesale orders over $300 (excludes AK, HI)

Order Tracking

Your tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information via email.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Back Orders

If an item goes out of stock we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment

Risk of Loss

All products purchased at earthbuddypet.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for improperly delivered, lost, or stolen packages. In the event that a product is returned due to insufficient address or unable to deliver, consumers are required to call us @ 720.634.6909 with payment information before Earth Buddy re-ships the product.

 

How to Change Subscription Shipping Frequency

    1. Log in to your account @ https://www.earthbuddypet.com/account/
    2. On your account page, go to "Subscriptions". View the subscription that you want the frequency to be changed.
    3. Click on the "Change Subscription Frequency" button.             
    4. You will be redirected to the product page. From there, select the new frequency and then proceed to checkout.

    5. Once you've reviewed your new subscription, check the Terms & Conditions box and click on the "Switch Subscription" button.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Consumer Returns & Refunds

Earth Buddy is committed to providing the highest quality, hand-crafted pet supplements on the planet! We stand behind our products, but in the case you or your pet are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase. Refund is provided (minus shipping, tax) if your pet does not love our products within 45 days of purchase. We strongly recommend using our pet supplements consistently for 15-21 days for best results. How to Return Products

Your item must be in its original, sealed, and unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Earth Buddy will provide return postage if wrong product is delivered
    • If you receive the wrong item, we cannot ship the correct item until we receive the other product back and in good condition.

Subscriptions Returns & Cancellations

If you are signed up with our auto-ship subscription discounts and want to cancel or change products, please login to your account and either remove that product or cancel your subscription in the subscription tab of your dashboard.

If you cancel your subscription, but have already been notified of shipping confirmation with tracking we cannot cancel the order or refund this order until product is returned to us in good condition and still sealed. Product must be returned to us within 10 business days in good condition and sealed to receive a refund, no exceptions.

Refunds

If you are returning the product for any reason other than incorrect product delivered, we will provide a full refund less the shipping, tax costs. Product must arrive at our facility in good condition, sealed, and unused before receiving your refund.
